1.1 The Financial Modelling Summit (the Event) and www.financialmodellingsummit.com (the “Website”) is operated and managed by DATEL Productions Limited (DATEL) (a limited company incorporated in England and Wales (no. 10106893) with a registered address at 123 Buckingham Palace Road, London, England, SW1W 9SH), Gridlines (no. 11085581 with a registered address at 15 Pinfold Lane, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 7NY, United Kingdom) and Financial Modelling Podcast (no. 11085581 with a registered address at 15 Pinfold Lane, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 7NY, United Kingdom) (the “Organisers”).
1.2 “Event Participant” is anyone, attending the event in any shape or form, including but not limited to event attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, media and press representatives, or guest speakers.
1.3 “Event Partner” is anyone who has entered a collaboration agreement with the Organisers prior to the beginning of the Event, including but not limited to Exhibitors, Sponsors, Media Partners, Guest Speakers, Technical contractors, Supporting Partners.
1.4 The Event is taking place online on www.financialmodellingsummit.com (the “Website”) via a virtual Events platform, vFairs LLC (the “Platform”).
1.5 The Event is taking place on 18 June 2020.
2.1 Only pre-registered Event Participants will be able to attend the Event.
2.2 If unable to pre-register online, one would be able to pre-register over the phone with the support of the Event Organisers.
2.3 Full Event Partner payment is required to attend the Event as an Exhibitor, Sponsor, or a Supporting Partner. Failure to provide evidence of payment may result in need to make payment again, or inability to attend the Event.
3.1 Admission is open to any individual and/or company, who is/are involved in or has/have a direct link and/or connection to the subject matter of the Event or associated industries.
3.2 All Event Participants are allowed access to the Platform’s common areas, including the Virtual Lobby, the Virtual Exhibitor Hall, the online networking spaces, and the Financial Modelling Innovation Awards.
3.3 Full Conference ticket holders get all day Event access to the Virtual Auditorium, as well.
4.1 On 18 June 2020 Event Platform access will be granted to all Event Participants, who manage to successfully log in to the Event Platform The event will begin at 10:00a.m. BST and finish at 17:00p.m. BST.
4.2 No one will be allowed to enter and/or be present at the venue prior the opening and after the closing times.
4.3 All Event Participants, who have purchased the Full Conference package, will have access to the Event Platform until 23:59 on 17 July 2020.
5.1 At no point is anyone, attending the Event, allowed to give, lend or sell their login details to anyone else outside or inside the Event Platform. Failure to comply with these terms may result in revoked Event Platform access for that individual. They may not be allowed to re-login afterwards.
5.2 Anyone who attempts to steal login details, falsify a registration confirmation or try to create a registration confirmation themselves will be refused admission by the Organiser.
6.1 Throughout the Event period, all Event Participants agree to comply vFairs LLC’s Rules and Regulations.
6.2 All Event Participants agree to contact the Organiser, in case anyone is unable to access the relevant policies and rules and regulations.
7.2 All Event Participants agree not to engage in any disruptive activity, including but not limited to demonstrations, offensive and/or discriminatory behaviour.
7.3 All Event Participants should report any unusual and/or suspicious behaviour to a member of the Organisers team immediately.
The Organisers reserve the right to revoke Event Platform access to anyone, who does not comply and/or breaks any of the terms, outlined in the Event’s Admission policy.
